Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an Payroll Analyst for a temporary assignment in Plano, Texas.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $30.00- $35.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What we’re looking for:

Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Payroll Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Payroll Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to support accurate and timely payroll processing, case management, and metrics reporting for 55,000+ team members across North American operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage SLA-driven case management activities by researching, resolving, and tracking team member and business partner inquiries with a high level of customer service and accuracy.
  • Monitor payroll-related metrics and reporting to identify trends, support service-level performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support accurate and timely Time & Labor processing, including file delivery, timecard updates, terminations, and time entry processing for weekly and biweekly payrolls across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Audit time and labor transactions to ensure accuracy and proactively communicate findings to Site General Managers, General Ledger partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner effectively with third-party vendors, site TMRs, and GL stakeholders to resolve complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
  • Utilize multiple systems, including HRIS, Payroll, Time & Labor, General Ledger, and case management platforms, to support a large, matrixed organization.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform year-end Time & Labor activities in support of new policies, regulatory changes, and statutory requirements.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills:

  • 2+ years of case management, customer service, or related administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and resolve issues independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools to track and analyze payroll metrics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service deliver

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

  • Familiarity with payroll, HRIS, Time & Labor, or case management systems preferred.
