Description:

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an Training Content Creator for a temporary assignment in Georgetown, Kentucky.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $35.00- $44.44/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Who we’re looking for:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Training Content Creator to design and develop engaging, effective eLearning content. This role will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and learner-focused training experiences.
  • Reporting to the Body Operational Excellence - Foundations Manager, the person in this role will support the Act 1 objective to develop and maintain training solutions that drive team member performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 Storyline or Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning content creation software
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective learning experiences for Body PE team
  • Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, voice-over scripts, and assessments
  • Ensure courses are compatible with our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedback
  • Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional standards across all training materials
  • Update and improve existing content based on performance data, user feedback, and process changes
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline (required)
  • 2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training content
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work overtime (up to 20% weekly) as project needs require
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%) to any of our North American Facilities, including Canada and Mexico.

What you may bring:

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical training environments

Familiarity with additional tools such as:

  • Articulate Rise 360
  • Camtasia or other video editing tools
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience scripting and coordinating voice-over production
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or eLearning accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience analyzing training effectiveness and learner metrics

  • Travel Required : 20%
  • Shift timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
