Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Senior Business Process Analyst role for a temporary, assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 9-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $48.00 - $59.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What we’re looking for:

We are currently searching for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Business Process Analyst to support the Bank’s Finance Department.

What you’ll be doing:

This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, documenting flows and descriptions, and recommending best practices on all end-to-end business workstreams that have a direct impact on the Finance Department as well as key management reports.

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills

  • Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS]
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
  • High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of process engineering within Finance or Banking sectors
  • Highly proficient technical skills with process mapping tools such as Lucid or Visio
  • Experience with mapping large cross departmental process.

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

  • Ji Kotei Kanketsu (JKK) or Toyota Production System (TPS) or Lean Six Sigma (or comparable)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge and application of Change Management principals
  • Experience with the identification of operational controls
  • Experience with research of Banking regulations
