Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring an Construction Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Georgetown, KY

This is a 12 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $55-69/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement building construction projects to support site
• Coordinates construction scheduling and communication
• Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects
• Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management
• May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders
• Supervises construction activity in the field
• Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE
• Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling
• Have knowledge of general building construction methods
• Monitor equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings
• Coordinator RFI’s and CCR’s

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods
• Proficient drawing review and field application abilities
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day
• Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant
• Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction management
• Software experience: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
