Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Technical Project Manager for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.

This is a 12 month contract position. The pay range for this role is between $70/hr - $85/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What we’re looking for     
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a technical background combined with proven project management expertise to drive cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

What you’ll be doing     

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and operations teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively to minimize impact.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team collaboration.
• Communicate well with team members and suppliers and work collaboratively

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves)     

• Proven experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects end-to-end.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello).

Bonus if you have (Preferred):     

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in software engineering, systems architecture, or DevOps.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
