Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Machine Seibi Technician for a temporary assignment in Princeton, Indiana.
This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $35.00 - $45.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Responsibilities:

• The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and to prepare that equipment for manufacturing production.
• On-site robot programming and interlocking
• Confirm that the new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
• Prepare and confirm new Body Weld equipment at the vendors
• Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production
• Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials
• Engage in travel to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field
• 1+ years of Toyota PE Seibi experience
• 3+ years of Automotive experience
• Experience with mentoring and/or technical training

RM Pointers:

• Strong robots and PLC experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills set
• NOTE: They don’t have to do hands-on programming from scratch (only in an exceptional case if the candidate is well experienced)
• Hands-on experience required
• Industrial maintenance background (Factory and industry setting)
• Safety mind-set - Must HAVE
• Kawasaki and Nachi (preferred)
• PLC OMRON, Toyopuc (Highlighted skill)
