What you’ll be doing:

Reviewing test matrices with project leadsMixing and preparing paint for testingProgramming paint robots
Adjusting paint properties to achieve quality targetsSpraying test panels and parts per testing matricesRunning trials and adjusting parameters
Supporting maintenance and cleaning of paint equipmentChecking paint equipment for proper operationUsing paint measurement instruments


What you bring:

  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
  • Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
  • Experience with paint manufacturing, formulation, or testing
  • Additional related certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
