What you’ll be doing:
| Reviewing test matrices with project leads | Mixing and preparing paint for testing | Programming paint robots |
| Adjusting paint properties to achieve quality targets | Spraying test panels and parts per testing matrices | Running trials and adjusting parameters |
| Supporting maintenance and cleaning of paint equipment | Checking paint equipment for proper operation | Using paint measurement instruments |
What you bring:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Flexible and able to multitask on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects
- Able to take initiative to recommend projects, product improvements, or cost reductions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
- Experience with paint manufacturing, formulation, or testing
- Additional related certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
