Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for an Agile Lead role for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 12-months assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $80.00 - $88.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What we’re looking for     

• Experienced Agile Lead (Agile Coach) to support multiple teams within our enterprise domain model

What you’ll be doing        

• Drive consistency and provide direction within groups and teams in alignment with the Enterprise Agile Playbook, Tool Usage Guides, and Data & Technology (D&T) Policies & Standards
• Advise and coach group and team leaders on Agile mindsets and ways of working
• Guide group and team events, demonstrating facilitation as needed
• In collaboration with group leaders, monitor Agile metrics and the Agile maturity of the groups and teams, developing and implementing coaching plans and improvement strategies
• Facilitate formal and informal training for groups and teams
• Evolve Agile practices and structures in the organization in collaboration with Agile Delivery Leadership

Requirements:

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

• SAFe experience or certifications
• Agile certifications
• 4-year university degree
• Experience conducting Agile training
• Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills  
• 5+ years in an Agile leadership role in a scaled Agile implementation
• Experience with work management tools, such as Jira
• Experience creating dashboards, queries, and developing coaching plans based on metrics
