This position is a 12-months assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $40.00 - $51.85/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Job Responsibilities:
- The duties of a Contract Recruiter involve organizing our hiring procedure, locating eligible applicants, and using sophisticated interviewing methods. In the end, you’ll use your network and specialist knowledge to assist us in hiring the ideal candidates. We would like to meet you if you have prior recruiting experience in our sector and you have strong communication skills.
- The following are the responsibilities of a Contract Recruiter:
- Identify and screen candidates to find the best candidates for available positions.
- Oversee correspondence with applicants and arrange interview times.
- Keep candidate records up to date and make sure hiring procedures are followed.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Have a meeting with HR and managers to talk about their hiring requirements and develop a plan.
- Create and oversee the hiring procedure.
- Find eligible applicants using employment boards, databases, networking, etc.
- Assist in establishing relationships with communities, organizations, and professional groups.
- Choose and present suitable applicants to recruiting teams.
- Assist recruiting teams with candidate interviews using a variety of techniques (e.g., structured interviews, behavioural interviews).
- Give hiring managers advice to help them choose candidates more wisely.
- Provide hiring progress reports and other recruiting analytics.
- Help in the onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications and Abilities:
- Proven success as a recruiter.
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Industry hiring experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g., social media recruiting).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Outstanding organizational ability.
- BSc in HR, business, or relevant field preferred.
