Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Product Owner/ Sr. Accounting Business Systems Analyst role for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 9-months assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $80.00 - $95.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

  • Lead/facilitate the gathering of requirements to ensure delivery of desired business value.
  • Identify gaps and work diligently to solve issues leveraging your understanding of accounting and systems. 
  • Collaborate with other factories to deliver comprehensive business solutions.
  • Assist with testing, business/stakeholder communication and change management.
  • Coach and provide guidance to members of the Billing & Payments/Accounts Payable Operations team.

 

Requirements:

What you’ll be doing
Support/Issues Resolution

  • Actively resolve interface errors identified in SAP Application Interface.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Review and approve fixes as required and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders in the business and IT.
  • Facilitate and collaborate cross team investigation for production support, ticket resolution, enhancement requests, and kaizen projects to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong partner with Business and IT teams to develop business cases for enhancements and review with COE project scrum teams.

Project & Risk Management:

  • Support SAP project teams in preparation for future project releases and transition to steady state through its System Project Lifecycle (e.g. testing, risk/control management, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer sessions)
  • Identify potential enhancement and project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends supporting Interface Monitoring
  • Research and propose innovative solutions to enhance current processes.

 

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in MIS, Information Technology or a related field. 
  • Experience in SAP interface monitoring, support, or related roles, with a strong understanding of SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework) and integration processes.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve interface issues efficiently.
  • Strong track record of working collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure seamless interface operations and support. Experience in stakeholder communication and relationship management is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for interface processes, including process flows, error logs, and resolution procedures.
  • Experience participating in SAP projects or major releases, including testing and knowledge transfer activities, is preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (in accounting and systems)
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA FICO 
  • Strong analytical skills

 

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

  • Strongly Preferred - Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst preferred.
  • SAP S/4Hana experience a plus.
  • Relevant SAP certifications.
  • Project management certifications
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
