Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Paint Seibi Technician role for a temporary, onsite assignment in San Antonio, TX.

This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $35.74 - $48.15/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

• 2 years technical degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
• Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
• Experience with Digital Engineering
• Additional related certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Online robot programming-Run trials and adjust parameters, evaluate quality drawings and meet standards.
• Offline robot programming-Use simulation software to perform reach studies and cycle time analysis. Knowledge of Fanuc Paint Pro and Kawasaki Carott3 programming software.
• Evaluate Quality-Use elco-meters, Fisher Dual Scope, wave-scan and BYK-Mac.
• Create Hand Over Documents-Create snapshots of the robot processes for the NAMC’s, Including node maps, quality data and program back-ups.
