Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Business Continuity Management (BCM), Analyst role for a temporary, assignment in Plano, TX.

This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $25 - $30/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What we’re looking for:

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at TFS.

Requirements:

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate the company’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
• Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
• Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures

Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills required.

• 1-3 years of experience in BCM 
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
• Good communication & Multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma is required

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

• 2-5 years financial services, preferably auto finance experience
• Good to have bachelor’s in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
• Lucid and/or eGRC Archer BCM module is good to have
