Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Customer First Administrator for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, California.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $28.00- $33.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Description:

• The Customer Service Operations team is seeking a motivated individual to support the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing.

Qualifications:

• The manager is seeking a highly motivated, organized candidate who communicates well and thrives in a team environment.
• This individual will analyze customer satisfaction cases and investigate customer claims accurately and efficiently.
• Once fully trained and onboarded, this individual will process up to 10 cases per day, including gathering dealer documents, generating service histories, and analyzing repair records
• This individual will also support the Customer First Department at Los Angeles Regional Office in Irvine, CA.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

Added Bonus:

• Experience working in an automotive dealership environment
• General understanding of automotive operations and terminology
• Prior experience in a legal or claims-related setting
• Knowledge of Lemon Law processes
• Bilingual communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce
