Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Customer First Administrator for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, California.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $28.00- $33.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Customer Service Operations team is seeking a motivated individual to support the Regional Customer First team with lemon law case processing.

 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and distribute lemon law acknowledgment letters.
• Request repair orders and sales documents from Toyota dealerships.
• Enter repair history and case details into Salesforce and Toyota’s Guest Experience Platform.
• Route customer cases to the appropriate regional team members.
• Assemble and organize documents for Toyota HQ and the Legal Department.
• Partner with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.

Qualifications:

• The Customer First Administrator will gather dealership documents, generate service histories, analyze repair records, and support the Customer First Department at Toyota’s Los Angeles Regional Office in Irvine, CA.
• Ideal candidates are highly motivated, organized, and effective in a team environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills are required.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams is expected.
• This is a 40-hour-per-week role with four days onsite in San Ramon, CA, with the possibility to work remote on Fridays in the future.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Familiarity with California Lemon Law, including Song-Beverly.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Previous dealership experience.
• Experience in an automotive call center or customer relations role.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills.
