Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Business Process Analyst role for a temporary, assignment in Georgetown, KY.
This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $48.00 - $59.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

We're looking for a passionate and highly motivated Engineer to join our Ryohin Joken (Conditions for Good Process and Product) advancement and problem-solving group.
Reporting to Engineering Manager the person in this role will support the PE-BME Battery Cell Department's mission to deliver engineering solutions for rapid competitiveness improvements through safety first, people development, and customer focus.
The primary responsibility of this role is leading planning and problem-solving efforts in pre-production trial activity. Utilizing and improving systems & procedures for efficient and effective issue identification, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and reoccurrence prevention / kaizen to subsequent activity and projects. This role will also contribute to the success of developing organization’s capabilities through advancement & application of Ryohin Joken knowledge and skill. As future development , this position has potential to rotate into role of process equipment production preparation management including specification , procurement, installation, and trial activity.
Responsibilities:
Member of cross-functional team collaborating with equipment
Engage and resolve material, product, and process issues both internal and external.
Create and implement working/trial plan for confirmation & problem-solving activity.
Create detail technical and summary reports for organizational learning and development.
Input to process & equipment plan/specification for kaizen & issue reoccurrence prevention.
Use and advancement of systems and procedure for problem solving & learning capture.
Individual activity management, status visualization/reporting, and incremental reflection.
Participate in internal & external partner relationships aligning to team objectives, development, and support.
Activity related to PE-BME Department-level Hoshin for organizational advancement.
Individual support for standardization & kaizen of Department systems and process.
Drive own individual development, seek feedback, and monitor progress.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or similar technical field or 5+ years of equivalent Engineering role experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in manufacturing production preparation role and schedule/deliverable management including stages of project plan, process/equipment plan, specification & procurement, installation and trial. (2 years Required, 4 years Preferred)
Experience in battery cell product, processes/equipment, and/or trial activity. (1+ years Required, 2+ years Preferred)
Experience in activity of Ryohin Joken identification, application, and/or confirmation.
Experience coordinating with varied functions in large corporate organization, including production engineering, manufacturing, research & development, or similar, and reporting out to senior leadership level.
Experience in interpreting & applying product/process specification, drawing , etc.
Experience in product x process/equipment simultaneous engineering for new model.
Ability for weekend and shutdown work, overtime up to 25%, and travel (domestic and international) up to 25%
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
Experience in application of Toyota Production System.
Documented problem-solving certification or activity such as Toyota Business Practice (TBP), Fault Tree Analysis, or similar.
Experience in manufacturing plant production operations role.
Experience in data analytics tools and methods.
Experience in digital engineering software tools and procedures, including the ability to read, interpret and modify model data.
Japanese language proficiency including verbal and written.
