Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Communications Analyst for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX.
This is a 12 month contract. The pay range for this role is between $25 - 30/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

A skilled communications analyst to own and support a wide range of communications, public relations, social, and content workstreams for Toyota Mobility Foundation (TMF). The role requires strong verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills to manage projects and stakeholders distributed globally.
Coordinate posting press releases to the global website, including version control, editing for grammar and style, uploading photos, uploading the release to the CMS, deploying to the static site, and conducting final quality control
Oversee and coordinate TMF global social media across regions, including:
Sending proposed content calendars for regional review and approval
Coordinating edits, updates, images, and video for social use
Approving posts prior to publication
Reviewing monthly reports and weekly community management
Forward planning, strategy, and creative direction
Managing SOWs and invoices
Help coordinate global website and brand refresh efforts, including weekly meetings, presentations, and collaboration with members of the global TMF team
Support proposals, meeting scheduling, reviews, feedback, and direction
Manage the TMF information email inbox by monitoring, reading, forwarding, and responding to emails in English
Coordinate with Japan head office on project plans, approval forms, budgets, invoicing, and related documentation

Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or similar
3–5 years of experience working at a digital or PR agency, nonprofit, print or digital publication, or advertising
Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, proofreading, and strong critical thinking abilities
Detail-oriented with strong deadline management skills; experience with social media platforms, CMS systems, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with teammates across different regions
Curiosity, flexibility, and eagerness to learn
Vlogging experience (personal experience acceptable)
Video or TV production experience
Google Analytics experience
